Joanna Ayotte, BSc(Pharm), RPh, MSCP, MMHPC, CRE is a clinical pharmacist, menopause educator, and workplace consultant with more than 28 years of experience in community and clinical practice.
She is the founder of Evolve Menopause Education and Consulting, where she works with organizations to build menopause-inclusive workplaces that support employee wellbeing, retention, and performance. She also practices in an interdisciplinary women's health clinic, providing evidence-based menopause care and medication management.
Joanna brings something that's genuinely rare to this work: clinical depth, lived understanding, and the ability to make complex information feel clear and approachable. Whether she's speaking to a leadership team, educating HR professionals, or sitting across from a patient who has spent years looking for answers, she leads with the same commitment - to be thorough, honest, and genuinely helpful.
